This might be our greatest plan to date. This printable plan includes tutorials on how to build all 6 pieces in our DIY outdoor sectional so you can create the custom outdoor seating of your dreams--that's 4 chair options and 2 table designs.

We include 12 possible configurations to help get your wheels turning, but feel free to create any configuration you want! Once you decide on how many pieces you want to build, you'll head over to our BONUS cut list calculator. This thing is AMAZING.

You can simply enter in the quantities of each piece you want to build and it'll spit you out a custom cut list AND you can even customize things even further:

Have a different cushion size? No problem. Update it in the calculator and BAM -- your whole cut list is instantly updated.

OVERALL DIMENSIONS: 

This printable plan includes 6 different plans to make your own customized modular sofa! Choose to build 1 piece or all 6, it's up to you! Your final project dimensions will vary based on which pieces you choose, but here's the dimensions for the individual pieces: 

• Armless Chair: 28 5/8" W x 30 1/8" D x 26" H
• Ottoman (without cushion on top): 28 5/8" W x 28 5/8" D x 9.5" H
• One Arm Chair: 31 1/8" W x 30 1/8" D x 26" H
• Corner Piece: 30 1/8" W x 30 1/8" D x 26" H
• Ottoman Coffee Table: 36.5"W x 20"D x 19.25" H
• Storage Coffee Table: 30 1/8" W x 30 1/8" D x 26" H

With our cushions, our final seat height is 15.5" tall (this can be changed using the bonus calculator if you want something taller or more low-profile). We used the Segovia 28.75x28.75 replacement cushions from World Market, but thanks to the bonus calculator, you can use any cushions you want!

We built 9 pieces for $250 in lumber.
